1. What countries do you ship to?

Currently we only ship within the United States and we do not ship to PO Box addresses.

2. What is your return/exchange policy?

We have a 30 day return policy with certain requirements need to be met. More information can be found at our Return/Refund Policy webpage.

3. How long will my order take?

While there is no guarantee. We aim to process your order withing 2 business days and shipping is up to 10 business days. More details can be found at our Shipping Policy webpage.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various methods such as Visa and Mastercard. You can find the full list at on our Payment Policy webpage.

5. How can I track my order?

Shipping is done through UPS. I tracking number will be sent to the given contact email once order is complete. You can use that tracking number on UPS's website or at our Track Order webpage.

6. What if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
