This page explains what that authorization means, how warranty claims work, and what to expect if a return or replacement is needed.
Authorized Dealer
Greenbridge is an authorized AC Infinity dealer. When you purchase AC Infinity products from us, you receive genuine products, full manufacturer warranty coverage, and U.S.-based support and shipping.
As an authorized dealer:
- All AC Infinity products we sell are sourced directly from AC Infinity Inc.
- Your purchase is eligible for the full AC Infinity manufacturer warranty
- Warranty claims are handled through the original selling channel, as required by AC Infinity
If you ever need to verify dealer authorization, AC Infinity may list authorized sellers on their official website.
AC Infinity Warranty Program
AC Infinity provides a manufacturer warranty to the original purchaser under the following terms:
Standard Products
- 2-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase
Commercial Grow Lights (purchased on or after July 1, 2024)
- 5-Year Limited Warranty
- Applies to large bar-style fixtures (e.g., IONFRAME Series)
- Also applies to systems that include these fixtures (e.g., ADVANCE GROW SYSTEM)
What the Warranty Covers
- Defects in materials or performance under normal use
- Repair or replacement at AC Infinity’s discretion
What Is Not Covered
- Consumables or non-durable goods designed for repeated replacement
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation
- Normal cosmetic wear
Physical defects should be reported within 30 days of delivery.
How Warranty Claims Are Processed
AC Infinity requires clear visual evidence to confirm defects.
Step 1: Contact Us First
All warranty inquiries must be initiated through the original selling channel.
Contact Greenbridge with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect
Step 2: Visual Confirmation
- If the defect is clearly visible, a replacement or repair will be authorized
- If the issue cannot be confirmed visually, the product must be returned for inspection
Step 3: Inspection (If Required)
- Returned products are inspected by AC Infinity’s Quality Control team
- If a defect is confirmed, a replacement will be issued

If the product is found to be functional or shows signs of misuse:
- No replacement will be issued
- Return shipping costs may apply if the product is sent back to you
Special Conditions for High-Value Items ($200+)
For defective units valued at $200 or more:
- The product must be returned before a replacement is shipped

If an immediate replacement is needed:
- A replacement can be shipped after charging the item cost upfront
- The charge is refunded once the returned unit is confirmed defective
If the returned unit is found to be non-defective or abused:
- No replacement will be issued
- The item may be disposed of unless return shipping is paid
Return Shipping & Labels
Warranty Returns
- Free prepaid return labels are provided for U.S. addresses
- Labels must be used within 15 days or they become void
General Returns (Non-Warranty)
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase

Items must be:
- In like-new condition
- In original packaging
Refunds:
- Issued within 2 business days after inspection
- Shipping fees for premium services (Next-Day Air, LTL) are non-refundable
- Restocking fees may apply to bulk orders
Products not returned in acceptable condition may:
- Be subject to fees
- Be returned at the customer’s expense
- Be disposed of if return shipping is declined
